Custom levels or terrain can be created in the options menu, then terrain editor.

To install these terrains:
First you need to download the files and unzip them to the 'User' then 'Import' Folder.  After that,  start the game, then in the options menu you will find the terrain editor.  From there you can import any of the following terrains.
